Want Mo Solid Gold is gewoon niét terug te vinden op YouTube.
Mo Solid wie? Nu ja, als YouTube zelfs deze band niet terug kan vinden, dan mag je tegenwoordig toch wel spreken over een raar fenomeen. En toch was het een bestaande band en deed pré-YouTube, 3voor12 heel erg keurig reportage van Mo Solid Gold, met o.a. een compleet live verslag van hun optreden op Lowlands in 2001.
Mo Solid Gold bestaat niet meer en bracht helaas ook maar één album uit. Toch lijkt “Personal Saviour” me een kinda bekend nummer, is de meest suffe smut op YouTube terug te vinden, maar dit niet… en daar zakt mijn broek van af!
Personal Saviour staat eigenlijk al jaren in mijn lijstje van favoriete nummers. En ik wéét dat ik nu veel van de lezer vraag: geen instant video, maar ouderwetsch linkjes klikken en afspelen met RealPlayer…
